railozfn provides outdoor fitness training services, including but not limited to group bootcamp sessions, personal training, nutrition coaching, and related wellness services in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

• Fitness assessments and progress tracking

User Obligations and Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to the following obligations and responsibilities:

Health and Safety

• Provide accurate health and fitness information
• Inform us of any medical conditions or injuries
• Follow safety instructions provided by our trainers
• Participate in activities within your physical capabilities
• Obtain medical clearance if recommended

Conduct and Behaviour

• Treat all participants and staff with respect
• Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
• Follow railozfn's policies and procedures
• Respect training locations and equipment
• Maintain appropriate attire and hygiene standards

Payment and Booking

• Provide accurate billing and contact information
• Pay for services in accordance with our pricing terms
• Provide reasonable notice for cancellations
• Comply with our booking and scheduling policies

Booking and Cancellation Policy

The following policies apply to all bookings and cancellations with railozfn:

Booking Requirements

• Advance booking required for all services
• Payment confirmation required to secure booking
• Health questionnaire must be completed before first session

Cancellation Terms

• 24-hour notice required for individual session cancellations
• 4-hour notice required for group session cancellations
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of session
• Weather-related cancellations handled at railozfn's discretion

Payment Terms

Payment for railozfn services is subject to the following terms:

• Payment required in advance of service delivery
• Prices include applicable VAT where required
• Package deals must be used within specified timeframes
• Refunds subject to our cancellation policy
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with railozfn services are owned by railozfn B.V. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks. While railozfn takes reasonable precautions to ensure safety, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with physical exercise and outdoor activities.

Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that participation in railozfn's fitness programs may involve risks including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, or in extreme cases, heart attack or death. You voluntarily assume these risks.

Medical Clearance

You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. You agree to obtain medical clearance if recommended by railozfn or your healthcare provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, railozfn B.V., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Scope of Limitation

This limitation applies to damages arising from:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Service interruptions or cancellations
• Website or system failures
• Third-party actions or omissions
• Weather or environmental conditions

In no event shall railozfn's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless railozfn B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Force Majeure

railozfn shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

Modifications to Terms

railozfn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and railozfn regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
